01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and yhph777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the yhph777 website located at https://yhph777.net, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the yhph777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law at the time of each login, deposit, and wagering activity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of yhph777 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, payment processors, or regulatory bodies.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by yhph777 or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be accessing the Platform via any proxy, VPN, or other method designed to disguise your true geographic location.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.

yhph777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the yhph777 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where yhph777 identifies duplicate accounts, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and bonuses applied to those accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your yhph777 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yhph777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify yhph777 immediately via the support channels listed on the Platform.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming requirements, yhph777 will request identity verification documents from players prior to processing withdrawals or at any time at the Company's discretion. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID card, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required. yhph777 reserves the right to place holds on withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.5 Account Currency

All yhph777 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are credited in PHP at the value received. No currency conversion fees are applied by yhph777, though your payment provider's own fees and exchange rates may apply where applicable.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

yhph777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your yhph777 wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect. yhph777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

All funds deposited to yhph777 must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. yhph777 reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method and request alternative payment if a third-party source is identified.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to two (2) business hours for GCash and PayMaya and within one (1) to three (3) banking business days for bank transfers, subject to verification checks.

yhph777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for supporting documentation relating to the source of deposited funds, particularly where withdrawal amounts are significant. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the yhph777 account holder.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. yhph777 will notify the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee of ₱100 may be deducted from dormant account balances. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy charges will be closed.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, yhph777 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your yhph777 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain games (including, without limitation, games with high RTP, low house-edge table games, or specific excluded titles) may not count toward wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced percentage. 5.3 Abuse of Promotions

yhph777 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or associated winnings where, in yhph777's reasonable judgement, a player has engaged in promotional abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or systematically exploiting bonus structures in a manner not consistent with good-faith recreational play. Where abuse is identified, yhph777 may close the associated account(s) and forfeit all balances.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

yhph777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on the relevant promotion page. Bonuses already credited and subject to active wagering will not be retrospectively altered; however, future eligibility for a promotion may change.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the yhph777 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes for that specific game.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games offered on yhph777 use certified engines tested for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating under the oversight of the relevant game studio's regulatory standards. yhph777 does not influence game outcomes in any manner beyond the application of the published house edge and RTP percentages.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yhph777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Providing false, forged, or altered identity documents during KYC verification or any other verification process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, servers, or communication infrastructure.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity — with or without their consent.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or market odds.
• Abusing the yhph777 promotional system through duplicate accounts, systematic bonus exploitation, or any other method that undermines the integrity of promotional offers.

08 Intellectual Property

All content available on the yhph777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall visual appearance and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of yhph777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only, subject to compliance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content from the yhph777 Platform without the prior written consent of yhph777.

The yhph777 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any yhph777 trademark is strictly prohibited.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

yhph777 collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yhph777 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data centres, and role-based access controls to protect your personal and financial data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

yhph777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (including KYC providers, payment processors, and game studios) strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data processing agreements. Data may also be disclosed to Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities where legally required.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yhph777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

yhph777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your yhph777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yhph777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or secure basis at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the Platform, and that yhph777 is not liable for any such losses resulting from lawful gameplay outcomes.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by yhph777

yhph777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the player has breached any provision of this Agreement; the player's identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified; suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially illegal activity is detected on the account; or the continued operation of the account poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to yhph777.

Upon termination by yhph777 for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where the termination relates to prohibited conduct, fraud, or a breach of the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your yhph777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable charges) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Note that if you have an active self-exclusion in place, account closure does not override the self-exclusion period.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether by you or by yhph777 — your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, and 14) shall remain in full force and effect.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the yhph777 Platform shall first be submitted to yhph777's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 14 below. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through that process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent yhph777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Contact & Dispute Resolution

yhph777 is committed to resolving player complaints and disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint relating to your account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of the yhph777 Platform, you should first contact the support team who will attempt to resolve the matter within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and yhph777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
